When you arrive you will sign in with the registration desk. You will receive a white paper with a number on it. Fill out that form and keep it with you. When your number is called, an interviewer will ask you for information. For your first visit, please bring with you:
*VALID Photo ID (must be within the last 3 months) *Proof of CURRENT Address. Examples: Lease, Bill, Letter with your name on it.) *Social Security or Medical Card for all living in the home. (You need to provide this once a year.)
Hours of Food Center Operation are: Every Thursday from 5:30 PM until 8 PM. Except for the months of July and August when we are only open the 2nd and 4th Thursday from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM. Sr. Food Distribution
Seniors 60 years and older can receive regular food bag distribution the SECOND Thursday of every month from 11 AM until 1 PM.
Community Dinners take place every Thursday, starting at 5:30 pm in the Hearth Room of the church Annex building. All are welcome!
